This Privacy Policy explains how ORION9 GAMES (“the Developer”) handles user information and data when using our mobile game application (“the Service”).
1. Overview of the Service
- Game Type: Single-player offline top-down tank shooting game
- Recommended Age: 13 and above
Game data (such as scores and playtime) is stored only on the user’s device and is not transmitted to the Developer’s servers.
Network communication occurs only when using Google-provided services (such as AppUpdate, AdMob, and UMP).
2. Purpose of Data Processing and Collected Information
The Developer does not directly collect any personal information. However, the following third-party services may process a limited amount of data necessary for their operation:
① Google Play Services / AppUpdate SDK
- Used to check the app version and provide update notifications.
- Google may process device information, network status, and related technical data.
② Google AdMob (Banner and Rewarded Ads)
- Used for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and advertising performance analysis.
- Google may process information such as the advertising ID, device data, and ad viewing status.
- In certain regions (e.g., EU/EEA), a consent dialog via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may be displayed to allow users to choose between personalized and non-personalized ads.
③ In-Game Data (Local Storage)
- Top 5 scores
- Play dates and times
- Rewarded ad viewing history
This data is stored only on the user’s device and is not transmitted to external servers.
3. Information Not Collected
The Developer does not collect or store the following information:
- Personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number, address)
- Location information (GPS or similar)
- Payment information (the game does not use in-app purchases)
4. User Choice and Consent
- Users can review this Privacy Policy via the Google Play system when installing the app.
- Users in the EU/EEA region can manage their ad preferences (personalized or non-personalized) via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP).
- Users may reset their Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time through their device settings.
